Featherweight Club Meeting – May 27 

The project for the upcoming Featherweight Club meeting will be another zipper pouch.  However, the focus will be on learning a different technique for creating an inset zipper that requires no tabs.   The pouch has no unfinished seams and does not require binding.  It can be completed with or without boxed corners.  The supply list is fairly simple and is as follows:

• One 10” x 16” piece of fabric for the outer pouch
• One 10” x 16” piece of fabric for the lining
• One 10” x 16” piece of fusible fleece
• One 9” or longer zipper

Featherweight Club

Meet with us on the 4^th Wednesday of each month and join in our enthusiasm for the Singer Featherweight sewing machine by working on small make and take projects!  We make a different project at each meeting, sharing information and general camaraderie.   

Don't have a Featherweight?  Contact the shop to make arrangements to borrow a machine for the meeting.

Unless indicated otherwise, the registration fee will cover the cost of monthly materials. Class space is limited, so register early.
